Well, I set my 'TASK' on my calender to be "Run at least 5 mins or more" at the gym last night.
I was a little disappointed in myself, I barley made it to 3 mins and 48 secs.
I used to be a runner; that was all I did was run. It was my life.
Then I got into other sport, i.e. Basketball, shot put, discus, the long jump, and a few others.
Not being able to run for 5 mins is a very big disappointment for me.
