I was ad to find that the gym was not open today; I thought it was open on sunday's.
So I went back home and did a work out there, but it just wasn't the same.
I missed 3 days this wk. I planed to only miss 2 days a wk - work out 5 days a wk. Cardio / machines to burn calories and then do my ab work out at home.
I only got to do the ab workout today.
